Returns and Exchanges

 Can I return or exchange gear that I purchased online?

 We are happy to return or exchange your blanket within 30 days of the purchase date. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy for complete details.

 Return Guidelines:

 Bear Hug Blankets understands that ordering online is not always an easy task, and we appreciate the opportunity to take care of you. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to return or exchange merchandise that falls within the following guidelines.

 1.) The merchandise is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, UNLESS we make a mistake on your order, in which case we will send you a prepaid label to cover the shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 *Note: All sizing is approximate. 

 2.) Tags are attached and the item is unopened in the original packaging.

 3.) Items are in “new” condition.

 4.) Items are completely resalable.

  5.) ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON DISCONTINUED/DISCOUNTED/SALE MERCHANDISE.  NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ACCEPTED ON THESE ITEMS.

Guidelines for packaging and shipping returns and exchanges:

 1. Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit back to Bear Hug Blankets.

 2. Write the Return Authorization number (provided by Bear Hug Blankets) on the outside of the shipping box with a marker.
